The event will be held on Tuesday, March 23rd at Rothchild Catering and Conference Hall in Knoxville, Tennessee (see information below). Festivities will begin at 6:30pm with drinks and conversation. Dinner will be served at 7:30pm, and the awards ceremony will follow.

Please RSVP to competition@sstc-etc.org by March 1st, detailing in your email if you will be bringing additional guests. Also, please indicate the preferred choice of entrée for both you, and whoever else will be joining you.

Your choices are:



1) Grilled lemon pepper marinated boneless breast of chicken

2) Bourbon laced London Broil topped with sauté mushrooms and red onions

3) Vegetarian Lasagna



If you are vegan, or have dietary constrictions, please let me know and we will plan accordingly.
